A 59º edição do Grammy - a maior premiação musical do mundo - aconteceu ontem, domingo, 12, em Los Angeles. Muito luxo e apresentações memoráveis marcaram o evento.
Adele foi considerada o grande destaque da noite. A britânica chegou radiante ao tapete vermelho, esbanjando simpatia. Teve alguns problemas técnicos quando foi se apresentar, mas foi a grande vencedora da noite. Ela ganhou as três principais categorias da noite: melhor música e gravação com "Hello", e álbum do ano com "25".
Adele se apresentou duas vezes. Abriu a cerimônia com a música premiada, e em uma homenagem a George Michael, com "Fast Love". Na homenagem, ela errou e pediu para começar de novo. Ela parecia fora do tom e fora do andamento da música, por isso pediu para recomeçar a canção, e até soltou um palavrão. "Sinto muito por começar de novo. Podemos começar de novo? Desculpe, não posso f... tudo por ele" disse a britânica.
A principal concorrente de Adele nas principais categorias era Beyoncé. A cantora fez a primeira aparição pública depois de anunciar sua gravidez, e brilhou no palco com uma performance única e barriga de fora. Ela ganhou o prêmio de melhor videoclipe por "Formation" e fez um medley impecável de "Lemonade", enquanto sua filha Blue Ivy chamava atenção na plateia.

Lady Gaga se apresentou com Metallica. A apresentação agitou o público presente, mesmo com a falha do microfone de James Hetfield, vocalista do Metallica. Ele teve que usar o mesmo microfone de Lady Gaga, o que não atrapalhou em nada a apresentação.
Também teve apresentação de Katy Perry cantando "Chained to the rhythm", com teor político, e Bruno Mars, que fez homenagem a Prince, que morreu no ano passado.
